Adv. Seemran Shaikh is enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holds B.L.S. LL.B. and LL.M. degrees. She has experience in property title verification, banking legal audits, legal due diligence, litigation support, and drafting & vetting agreements. She has worked with firms including Law Bridge Capital, Amicus Lex and Associates, UHINV, Braganza Law Firm, and KS Legal, and has conducted legal verification assignments for leading financial institutions.

Adv. Purva Rane is a dedicated legal professional with practical experience in litigation, non-litigation matters, real estate documentation, and court procedures. She has worked with reputed legal firms and advocates as a Legal Intern and Junior Advocate, gaining hands-on exposure to drafting, legal research, compliance, and case handling. Her experience spans criminal law, co-operative society matters, conveyance, and commercial disputes. She is recognized for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage legal documentation efficiently.

Adv. Harsh Waghela holds a PG Diploma in International Commercial Law from City, University of London along with a B.L.S./LL.B degree. His academic and legal background supports a strong understanding of commercial and international legal frameworks.
